About the role
- Act as first point of contact for hardware & software issues across Mac & PC environments
- Set-up, configure, and maintain employee devices, accounts, and peripherals
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS tools and internal systems
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support ticketing
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed
- Monitor and respond to security alerts across endpoints and network systems
- Support compliance efforts including audit preparation, access, reviews, and policy documentation
- Assist with identity & access management (AIM) and enforce least-privilege principles
- Help Maintain & improve network security configurations including VPN and firewall rules
Requirements
- Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
- Understanding of networking concepts - DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Basic familiarity with endpoint security tools and security best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Bonus: Drata, Arctic Wolf, Microsoft InTune, JAMF, Google Workspace
