Respond to client support issues, report bugs/issues and feature requests
Provide excellent client service with friendly, professional responses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, required
2-5 years of experience in a technical role, such as product operations, technical support, or similar
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
Have exceptional ability to articulate complex technology to non-technical audiences
Experience working with customers and focusing on improving user experience
Ability to say: “I don’t know, but I can get that answer for you” and then follow-up with the client
Project management skills: ability to juggle and evaluate competing priorities, keep stakeholders aligned, and move things across the finish line
Excellent computer skills: Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, and all Microsoft Office Applications
A self-starter mindset and the ability to work independently (but understand we won’t leave you on an island)
