• Provide technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing team
• Ensure the production process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets quality standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help develop systems that optimize the use of labor, materials, equipment, information, and energy.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and improve process efficiency.
• Conduct time studies, performance analysis, and KPI tracking to identify improvement opportunities and monitor results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues related to labor efficiency, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
• Develop, update, and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Design, support, and implement improvements in process flow, equipment layout, and facility arrangements.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations to communicate process status, findings, and improvement proposals to management.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality) to support production and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting audits and operational requirements.
• Support and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities and preventive maintenance programs.
• Research and contribute to the development of new or improved manufacturing processes and technologies.
