Customer Success Manager, Europe

Account Executive

• Own a greenfield territory end-to-end. You manage every deal from outbound to close - prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation - with no hand-offs and full accountability.
• Work inbound and outbound deals. We build a strong inbound engine (LinkedIn, Ads, Podcast, AEO, Events), but require you to self-source many deals as well based on warm signals, events, partners, and more. Self-source 50% of your pipeline.
• Continuously refine outbound messaging and prospecting strategies that you can eventually share with the team and scale across the org.
• Run genuinely great demos. Especially with technical stakeholders - RevOps, Salesforce admins - who can sniff out a shallow pitch from a mile away.
• Build relationships that compound. Understand your customers' business goals deeply enough to become a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. Retention starts in the sales cycle.
• Develop precise account plans. Map decision-makers, buying processes, current tech investments, regional nuances, and new revenue opportunities for every account you work.
• Educate and evangelize. Engage senior executives - CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps leaders - on the emerging Revenue Intelligence category and why Weflow is the right bet.
• Help us build the machine. As a founding AE, your feedback shapes our ICP definition, messaging, and hiring - a genuine seat at the table.

Founding Account Executive

• We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to drive new business revenue and winning customers for life.
• Being a champion of the entire sales process from start to finish, you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business.
• Working through complex deals, your insatiable curiosity makes you a thought leader, and your drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboard.
• As a part of Weflow founding sales team, you apply a founder-mindset and getting things done attitude to everything we do.
• Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from outbound to closing, while positioning yourself as a trusted, consultative advisor; build deep relationships with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop tailored account plans for your assigned accounts that align with Weflow's overall strategy, identifying key decision-makers, regional nuances, buying processes, current investments, and new revenue opportunities.
• Effectively communicate Weflow's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions.
• Run highly effective demos with technical stakeholders like RevOps/ SFDC admins.
• Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale our outbound prospecting efforts driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities.
• Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry and validate Weflow as the leader in this new market.
• This role is fully remote but will require travel to customers (Up to 20%)

Senior Account Executive – East Coast

Creative Strategist

• Develop and execute creative campaign concepts across events, content, social, partnerships, and formats we haven't tried yet
• Plan and run events of all shapes and sizes - intimate executive roundtables, community meetups, virtual summits - with an eye on both experience and pipeline impact
• Take campaigns from zero to live: brief, produce, coordinate, distribute, and report
• Find and pursue distribution opportunities others overlook - communities, partnerships, media, influencers, co-marketing
• Collaborate with the founding team to turn product news and market moments into compelling campaign hooks
• Build repeatable playbooks from what works so successful campaigns can scale
