About the role
- Produce high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and product collaterals.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content, adding motion graphics, animations, and transitions to bring stories to life.
- Ensure all design assets align with the brand’s visual identity, delivering consistency across campaigns and platforms.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to develop design concepts that meet business goals.
- Manage the complete creative process—from brainstorming, storyboarding, and prototyping to final delivery.
- Stay ahead of design and multimedia trends, experimenting with new formats, styles, and technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Maintain a library of templates, graphics, and multimedia assets for seamless team use.
- Customize creatives for diverse platforms, including web, mobile, print, social, and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or motion design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
- Strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of After Effects or other animation software.
- Nice to Have: Experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media content creation.
