About the role

  • Act as the executive sponsor and primary point of contact for high-value enterprise customers.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Own commercial outcomes for assigned accounts, including renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasting.
  • Oversee onboarding and enterprise-scale rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and rapid adoption.
  • Partner with delivery, product, and technology teams to ensure commitments are met with high quality.
  • Lead enterprise pitches, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations for new and existing accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform account strategy.

Requirements

  • Min Experience: 9 years
  • Strong experience working across complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to grow and retain large accounts through consultative engagement and value delivery.
  • Experience collaborating closely with presales, solution engineering, or delivery teams.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with multiple parallel priorities.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS delivery models, integrations, and enterprise implementation cycles.
