- Your Role as a Sales Intern: As one of our first hires on the sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound sales strategy and pipeline. This isn't just another SDR role—you'll work directly with the founders, experiment with new playbooks, and help define how Weekday sells.
- What You'll Do: Identify and research potential leads across LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Run outbound cold call campaigns to introduce Weekday and spark conversations (during US timings ie 7pm IST to 3am IST). Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their hiring needs. Work with founders and sales leadership to iterate on messaging and outreach tactics. Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and track key performance metrics. Share feedback from the field to influence product, marketing, and strategy.
