Program Manager – responsible for managing the hiring pipeline for portfolio companies, sourcing candidates, and shadow weekly check-in calls with client founders.
Own your own portfolio of client companies and lead weekly check-in calls with founders/hiring managers; source and engage candidates, manage progress through interviews, resolve blockers, and take full responsibility for revenue from your portfolio.
You’ll be assigned a sourcing team to support you in managing and growing your portfolio.

Excellent proactive communication — you’ll be speaking directly with founders and need to be crisp, clear, and thorough (both written and verbal).
Ability to stay focused and execute without distractions.
