About the role

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with client founders and hiring managers.
  • Understand hiring needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Use Weekday’s tools to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates.
  • Run weekly check-ins with clients to share progress and refine hiring priorities.
  • Track candidates through the interview funnel, remove blockers, and ensure smooth progression.
  • Own revenue targets for your client portfolio.
  • Month 1: Learn the product and process while shadowing a senior AE. Support them by sourcing candidates and joining client calls.
  • Months 2 onwards: Take full ownership of your own accounts. Lead client conversations, manage hiring pipelines, and drive revenue.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you’ll be running client accounts end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and proactive with both clients and candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay focused, and execute without hand-holding.
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, or recruiting is a plus (but not mandatory).
