About the role
- Program Manager (New Initiatives) — role at Weekday focusing on building a US hiring vertical
- Work timings require at least 5 hour overlap with US timezone (late IST nights)
- About Weekday: building the future of hiring with India’s largest database of white-collar talent; profitable and growing; direct client ownership and revenue ownership
- You will build out a new vertical within Weekday, from candidate sourcing to company communications, and work directly with the CEO and COO to spearhead a new business unit

- Ability to stay focused and execute without distractions.
- Experience building new verticals or programs; ability to wear many hats and spend a lot of time sourcing candidates; experience working with CEO/COO
