About the role

Requirements

  • 10–20 years of experience in growth leadership, business strategy, product growth, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant business growth, revenue expansion, and market scaling.
  • Strong expertise in growth strategy, market expansion, and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations with complex go-to-market environments.
  • Deep understanding of North American markets, customer dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading growth initiatives across multiple products or business units (preferred).
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or digital platforms (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable business growth frameworks and strategic growth programs (preferred).
