About the role
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and high-performing document composition solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient Inspire implementations.
- Provide technical governance and leadership to onshore and offshore development teams.
- Own effort estimation, solution sizing, and technical risk assessment for project initiatives.
- Design and oversee integrations between Quadient and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and Quadient implementation guidelines.
- Oversee solution quality assurance, performance optimization, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and client teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Travel to client locations as required for workshops, requirement gathering, design sessions, and project milestones.
Requirements
- Min Experience: 7 years
- Strong hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite.
- Solid understanding of CCM principles, document composition, data mapping, and output management.
- Experience working closely with solution architects and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and contribute to project planning.
- Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JSON, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
- Experience integrating Quadient with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Experience leading offshore development teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Good to Have: Industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior consulting or customer-facing experience.
