About the role

  • Support the Project Manager in handling administrative, technical, and estimation-related requirements across construction projects.
  • Coordinate drawings and specifications, cost estimation, bid management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with construction project management and design software, including:
  • Bluebeam Revu / On-Screen Takeoff / PlanSwift (Quantity Take-offs)
  • Microsoft Project / Smartsheet / Primavera P6 (Scheduling)
  • AutoCAD
  • Procore
  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in estimation and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
