Requirements

  • Min Experience: 5 years
  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • End-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution in manufacturing environments.

  • Client communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Cost control, budgeting, and outsourcing / vendor management expertise.
  • MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and management presentations.
  • Cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • SOP-driven execution, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Team leadership, mentoring, and capability development.
