About the role

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage prospects with clear, value-driven conversations to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
  • Research and identify potential customers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, pain points, and buying intent.
  • Schedule and hand over well-qualified meetings to the sales team with complete context.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, lead, and follow-up records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Proven ability to secure meetings with senior decision-makers in SaaS or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline.
  • Exposure to selling into US markets is a plus.
