Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
  • - Act as the **primary liaison** between key client accounts and internal teams, including business development, technology, and marketing.
  • - Ensure **successful implementation and adoption** of enterprise SaaS products across client organizations.
  • - Build and maintain **trusted advisory relationships** with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • - Drive **account growth** through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
  • - Lead new business pitches and manage the **onboarding of new clients** to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • - Proactively assess, clarify, and document client needs through SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • - Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and leverage CRM and analytics tools to optimize account strategies.
  • - Maintain a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused approach while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Requirements
  • - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • - **10+ years of experience** in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS or technology company.
  • - Strong experience in **consultative client management, system integrations, requirement gathering, and cross-functional project execution**.
  • - Proven ability to **influence, negotiate, and present** effectively to senior executives.
  • - Skilled in managing multiple high-priority accounts in a **fast-paced, agile environment**.
  • - Excellent organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • - Confident, dynamic, and collaborative persona; a sense of humor and positive attitude is a plus.
  • - Experience in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is advantageous.
