Shape and deliver Webflow’s company narrative across company, thought leadership, product, and customer stories
Manage external communications strategy, including media plans, press opportunities, and coordination with internal comms, social, and employer brand
Partner with executives, product marketing, social, and brand marketing to develop communication strategies supporting key brand moments and product launches
Own executive voice strategy: prepare C-suite for press opportunities, speeches, op-eds, and thought leadership
Lead external press relations and manage PR agencies to deliver strategic, measurable results
Develop and maintain relationships with key business and tech media to amplify Webflow’s positioning as a Website Experience Platform
Advise executives on communications strategy and prepare them for media interviews and public engagements
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to amplify major campaigns and company milestones

Requirements
8+ years of experience in communications, PR, and/or brand leadership roles, with a track record at high-growth or enterprise technology companies
Deep understanding of the technology industry and ability to translate complex concepts (e.g. AI, product innovation, market dynamics) into clear, compelling narratives
Proven success managing PR agencies to deliver measurable results in media coverage, share of voice, and reputation impact
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in executive voice and thought leadership
Strong media relations experience and established relationships with key business and tech journalists
Experience building and executing crisis communications plans, with the judgment to advise executives in high-pressure moments
Ability to measure the impact of communications efforts and use data to guide strategy
Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative approach to partner with internal comms, social, and employer brand teams
Curiosity and confidence in navigating AI-driven narratives
Valid right to work authorization depending on country of employment
