Develop and manage B2B social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality audio and video content including podcasts, webinars, and short-form videos.
Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams to create graphics and related materials.
Craft and distribute engaging internal communications, including the monthly company newsletter and interdepartmental announcements.
Support demand generation by creating persuasive content for campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral.
Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Report to the Sr. Director of Communications & Content and work closely with design, sales, clinical, account management, government programs, and product teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing with a focus on digital and social media, internal communications, and project management.
Proven expertise in social media program management and audio and video editing; experience publishing on LinkedIn and YouTube is required.
Experience with editing software such as Adobe Audition, Premiere, Creative Cloud, Avid, or other video/audio editing and mixing tools.
Established knowledge of podcast production and distribution platforms is a plus.
Strong writing skills – a track record of creating clear, compelling content.
Experience with Oktopost, Sprout, or other social media management and advocacy platforms.
Familiarity with and comfort using AI tools such as Jasper AI, Opus, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude.
Experience with Wavve, Canva, and/or HubSpot is a plus.
Understanding of search experience optimization and media placement strategies is helpful but not required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and quality standards.
Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar helpful but not essential.
