About the role
- Grow relationships with Webflow’s largest and most strategic Enterprise customers, deeply understand their challenges, and develop a solution and plan to achieve their goals with Webflow
- Build, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise pipeline of large and complex transactions — from outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder close
- Establish and nurture relationships with Economic Buyers, Champions, and key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
- Lead and coordinate onsite customer meetings from prospecting, to agenda, meeting content, preparation, and execution
- Build the business case for Webflow through deep discovery, understanding of business challenges, and articulation of quantified metrics verbally and in writing
- Negotiate annual and multi-year SaaS agreements that align value, pricing, and long-term partnership outcomes
- Position and articulate Webflow’s vision, platform capabilities, competitive advantages, and business value clearly and compellingly
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, Education and Engineering to inform go-to-market strategy and deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to support seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing growth
- Contribute to shaping Webflow’s upmarket strategy by sharing insights back into the business - from market trends to product gaps to competitive intelligence
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience, including 3+ years closing complex enterprise deals at larger organizations with a Strategic or Major account focus
- Proven success selling a disruptive SaaS product into large, sophisticated buyer environments
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise procurement cycles, legal processes, and multi-threaded stakeholder environments
