About the role
- Improve overall quality and consistency of product UI and elevate visual bar across product and marketing.
- Provide backup coverage for Staff Visual Designer to reduce single-point-of-failure risk.
- Support accelerated pace of product development approaching major Q4 launches.
- Deliver high-quality UI design across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Develop and maintain scalable visual design systems to support rapid product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketing designers.
- Translate complex concepts into elegant, accessible, and visually compelling designs.
- Contribute to both product design initiatives and select marketing design needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design experience with a strong focus on product/UI.
- Proven excellence in UI design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
- Experience working across both marketing and product design environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute across multiple platforms (web and mobile).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
