Performance Marketing

• You will independently manage clients' Meta and Google ad accounts and be responsible for their optimization.
• Planning, setup & ongoing optimization of Meta and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) for lead generation.
• Experience creating creatives, hooks, ad copy, audiences, ad extensions/assets, keyword lists, campaigns, A/B tests and more.
• You think holistically and optimize not only the ad accounts but the entire funnel — including minor landing page optimizations (texts, images, CTAs).
• Audience analysis: analyze target audiences to understand their needs and interests.
• Collaboration with design and marketing teams: close coordination with other teams.
• Creation of high-converting forms: develop forms that motivate users to take the desired action and achieve high conversion rates.
• Tracking: clean setup in GA4/GTM, Enhanced Conversions & Consent Mode v2; regular QA of events.
• Reporting & actions: weekly analyses (CPL/CPA, lead quality) with clear to-dos and prioritization.
