Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing team of business intelligence analysts.
Own and elevate day-to-day analytics operations including sprint planning, retros, business health reviews, prioritization, and self-service analytics.
Lead strategic analytics projects: define scope, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes while partnering with analysts and data partners to drive completion.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Product, and other business units.
Oversee quality analysis and create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Define, execute, and communicate the analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals; identify key business questions.
Champion analytics innovation by staying current with analytics and AI trends and adopting new tools and methodologies to improve capabilities and efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring analysts.
5+ years of experience in analytical roles with deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
Highly proficient in SQL.
Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to translate complex data into clear narratives and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.
Domain experience applying data analytics to sales, customer experience, customer success, product, and related areas; understanding of KPIs and business drivers.
