About the role

  • Own and execute a national enterprise sales strategy targeting multi-site long-term care organizations.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a strategic advisor and key partner.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions, including Medicaid management and tech-enabled services.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise-level agreements that drive significant revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, client success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise sales of complex services or consulting solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid and long-term care operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar pipelines and close large-scale enterprise deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally to cultivate client relationships and represent the company at key industry events.
