About the role
- Own and execute a national enterprise sales strategy targeting multi-site long-term care organizations.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, becoming a strategic advisor and key partner.
- Lead the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions, including Medicaid management and tech-enabled services.
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level agreements that drive significant revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, client success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform and adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise sales of complex services or consulting solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of Medicaid and long-term care operations.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar pipelines and close large-scale enterprise deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally to cultivate client relationships and represent the company at key industry events.
