- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Medicaid eligibility and enrollment partnerships.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with home care agencies, health plans, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing BD team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
- Deliver consistent revenue growth while maintaining high standards for client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Medicaid and home care or health plan business development.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and establishing high-value partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel between New York and Pennsylvania regularly.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
