• Own the design execution across everything we ship. Hold the line on craft and attention to detail across every piece that goes out the door.
• Build real systems with AI, not just use it around the edges. Use AI tools to compress timelines and multiply output, and enable non-designers across the company to create on-brand collateral.
• Design and build core website pages, landing pages, and interactive web experiences using Figma and Webflow. Ship work that looks great and performs.
• Work hand in hand with our events team to create on-brand event experiences including themes, signage, stage design, attendee touchpoints, and the details that make events feel like ours.
• Partner with the VP of Brand and Communications on campaign and video concepting. Take ideas from concept to storyboard to execution with our video team and external partners.
