About the role
- Develop relationships with peer-level clients
- Conduct and support regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reports, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign performance, results, and future initiatives
- Support in the ideation, creation, planning and execution of specific client programs
- Provide internal and client teams with meeting recaps and next steps
- Draft client-facing correspondences to share with senior account management team members
- Act as the voice of the client for internal reviews
- Procure/acquire specific information from clients as need
- Have a clear understanding of the client’s organizational structure and contacts
- Work with internal and external teams with a strong team-first mentality
- Manage workflows for items such as asset approval & delivery, development of strategic & executional presentations, and vendor management
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Ability to manage 2-4 projects simultaneously
- Be available to answer ad hoc team or client requests in a timely manner
- Follow and stay on top of pop-culture and industry trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years in an account management role or similar preferably within an advertising agency
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Passion for culture - to be apart of it, shape it and create it
- Ability to work effectively with management of all levels
- Track record of contributing to client planning
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside the area of assigned responsibilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
- Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Meet, Chat, Gemini), Slack and A.I. tools and functions. Added plus: Knowledge of Asana.
