Requirements

  • Managed and grown client portfolios with an annual value exceeding £1m
  • Led end-to-end delivery of complex, production-led campaigns
  • Achieved client retention rate of 90% or above
  • Led and mentored high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Successfully navigated working with A-list sporting talent and macro-influencers
  • Proven experience overseeing 5-10 complex projects concurrently
  • Deep understanding of global sports landscape
  • Experience establishing yourself as a go-to person on the account
  • Always takes full accountability for results/deliverables
  • Experience working on fast-paced accounts
  • Social channel expertise, especially TikTok and YouTube
  • Being solutions-driven and confident in vocalising them
  • Experience minimising need for client escalation
  • Will contribute new ideas internally which are adopted
