About the role
- Partner with hiring coaches to understand what their teams need
- Build sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and keep the process moving
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Run a thorough onboarding program so new hires feel set up for success
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and keep HR policies, handbooks, and job descriptions up to date
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, HR policies, and general workplace matters
- Support managers through performance conversations, employee development, and workplace issues with practical guidance and good judgment
- Track HR metrics and prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
- Help plan and run employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functional areas
- Hands-on recruiting experience for professional-level roles
- Comfortable working in Workday or a similar HRIS
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- A graduate degree or HR certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP) are a plus
