About the role
- Forecast Development: Lead all aspects of the collaborative forecasting process.
- Performance Tracking: Track actual sales vs. forecast, escalating significant variances.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Govern lifecycle processes for NPIs and EOL transitions.
- Financial Alignment: Ensure demand plans align with financial targets and budgets.
- Systems Development: Lead development and continuous improvement of demand planning systems.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear communication of issues and resolutions.
- Leadership: Develop and guide a high-performing demand planning team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in a demand planning or forecasting role
- Proven success in delivering accurate, insight-driven forecasts
- Prior experience in a collaborative leadership role
- Broad FMCG or consumer packaged goods experience
- Previous experience using statistical forecasting
