About the role
- Design and create brand assets while managing end-to-end execution pipeline for Brand Design projects
- Balance 50% hands-on design work with 50% project management responsibilities
- Align with Marketing, Product, Comms, and Leadership to gather requirements, define scopes, and prioritize work
- Serve as main point of contact for external creative collaborators including illustrators, animators, web designers, and vendors
- Translate project goals into actionable plans with milestones, review cycles, and deadlines
- Audit and improve scoping, briefing, assignment, tracking, review, and approval processes across Brand Design team
- Use AI tools to streamline brief creation, summarize stakeholder input, track action items, and support planning documentation
- Identify resourcing needs, bandwidth risks, and roadblocks and propose solutions
- Apply design expertise while creating clarity from ambiguity and distilling requests into structured plans
- Facilitate feedback loops, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure brand consistency and creative ambition are maintained
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience in both design execution and project management
- Strong design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on design work with coordinating multiple projects
- High agency, proactive and self-directed
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and managing external creative partners
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Proficiency in Notion, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Lovable, Claude, Notion AI, etc.)
