About the role
- analyze, document and visualize business processes to identify and implement improvements
- advise and support process owners
- promote a process-oriented corporate culture through training and workshops

- work closely with business units, gather requirements and prepare them for software development
Requirements
- some to several years of professional experience in process management or in project work

- comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and communicating openly with a solution-oriented approach
- strong willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous development
