About the role
- Execute the global influencer marketing strategy across paid, seeding, event, and affiliate initiatives
- Manage your own market budgets, ensuring profitable growth within your own markets
- Source and manage creators from macro to micro who align with our brand values and diverse global audience, serving as their main point of contact
- Coordinate influencer campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring timely execution and guideline compliance
- Plan and execute influencer events, activations, and brand experiences
- Oversee campaign execution from creative brief through performance reporting, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on brand
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights across reach, revenue, and efficiency metrics for your markets
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in operative influencer marketing
- Strong interest in influencer culture, creator ecosystems, and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of performance-driven influencer KPIs and performance metrics with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
- Communicate confidently in English (additional languages such as German, French or Dutch are a plus)
