Research Engineer

• Build production-quality tooling that accelerates offensive security workflows, integrated directly into the watchTowr Platform and our autonomous pipelines
• Design, experiment with, and iterate on LLM-powered systems, agents, and automations for vulnerability discovery, exploit reproduction, and analysis
• Develop and refine the orchestration layers that turn AI capability into reliable, repeatable offensive security outcomes
• Rapidly prototype and validate ideas - turning promising experiments into practical tooling that ships
• Investigate high-impact security problems and explore pathways toward identifying meaningful vulnerabilities, including novel/zero-day findings
• Evaluate emerging models, tools, and AI techniques for where they create real offensive security value versus hype
• Collaborate closely with watchTowr Labs researchers, feeding autonomously reproduced vulnerabilities into our Rapid Reaction and Active Defense capabilities
• Work with a high degree of autonomy and help define what this capability becomes.

AI Vulnerability Research Engineer

Account Executive

• Hunt, qualify, and manage sales process and opportunities to secure commercial opportunities for the watchTowr Platform.
• Work with commercial leadership to build accurate sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, and then executing a plan.
• Identify new business opportunities and create comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account in your assigned industries.
• Articulate our value proposition and product capability to influence and guide key decision-makers, ultimately establishing watchTowr’s credibility.
• Align strategy and approach to overarching business goals – we are aggressive and want you to be too.
• Ensure that all customer requirements are met, in line with watchTowr’s standards of quality, throughout the entire commercial process.

Sales Development Rep

• Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Conduct research to identify potential clients that align with watchTowr’s target market and ideal customer profile.
• Generate interest in watchTowr’s offerings and qualify leads for handover to the sales team.
• Outreach and Engagement
• Develop personalised outreach messages that address customer pain points and align with watchTowr’s value propositions.
• Maintain high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to engage prospects.

• Use defined criteria to qualify leads, ensuring they meet watchTowr’s ideal customer profile.
• Conduct discovery conversations to gather insights on lead needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Prioritise and categorise leads based on engagement level and readiness to buy.
• CRM and Data Management
• Accurately document all interactions and prospect information in the CRM to maintain an organised and up-to-date pipeline.

Sales Development Representative – Midwest, Texas

Marketing

• This role is responsible for building and converting demand through the full funnel, including: Defining what high-quality demand looks like and optimising for it across personas, segments, and accounts.
• Owning pipeline creation, nurture, and progression from first touch through to sales-qualified opportunity ensuring marketing initiatives resonate with key decision makers in B2B and enterprise companies.
• Using marketing automation, data analysis, and account-based marketing (ABM) to target decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations, and enterprise ICPs more broadly, to optimise demand quality.
• Partnering closely with Sales on inbound follow-up, prioritisation, routing, and feedback loops.
• Partnering with Product Marketing and Social & Content to map content → conversion paths.
• Working on Marketing Ops to continuously improve automation, scoring, and reporting .

Demand Marketing Manager

Engineer

• The role will focus on three main areas:
• Information Security Cloud Security Architecture (AWS): Design, implement, and maintain secure architectures within our AWS environment to protect against evolving threats.
• Vulnerability Assessment and Management: Conduct regular internal vulnerability scans, analyze results, and coordinate remediation to improve overall security posture.
• Implementation of Security Controls: Deploy and manage security controls across infrastructure, servers, and endpoints (laptops), ensuring both compliance and proactive defense.
• Security Architecture in the Cloud: Continuously evaluate and strengthen cloud security, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance with best practices.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts and tools (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to automate repetitive security tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance and governance Compliance Programmes: Support and maintain alignment with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks, contributing to audits, documentation, and evidence collection.
• Security Awareness: Develop, deliver, and assess security awareness training to ensure staff understand and follow security best practices.
• Policy and Process Maintenance: Assist in reviewing and updating security policies, standards, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Internal IT management Endpoint Management: Oversee deployment, configuration, patching, and security of all endpoints, including servers and laptops.
• Identity and Access Management: Administer and secure user identities through Azure Active Directory, including role-based access control, MFA, and SSO.
• MDM Administration: Manage InTune and mobile device management solutions to enforce secure configurations and compliance across devices.
