• Reports directly to Plant Manager and collaborates with production team
• Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations
• Manages shipping logistics and oversees the timing of shipments

• Responsible for quality control and meets WQ quality standards
• Identifies areas for process improvement
• Leads a team of shipping and painting staff, providing training and guidance

Paint Supervisor

• Ensure that the manufactured and assembled products starts and finishes within budget and on time.
• Use and monitor KPI’s for leadership and team members that measures success and daily goal achievement.
• Participation in the hiring and training of team members within each department.
• Create daily schedule for production, measures actual results vs plan
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Maintain product quality guidelines as set by engineering and management.
• Motivate and mentor employees, providing support and guidance.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which each department’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate process flows within each department and coordinating functional areas.
• Implement and maintain inventory control metrics, cycle count tracking, as well as disposition of drop material and scrap.
• Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day production.
• Ownership of production schedule coordinating efforts between engineering and purchasing, and communication with sales.
• Ensure work environments are adequate and safe.
• Communicate and explain new directives, policies, or procedures to team and supervisors.
• Monitor production and resolve issues as they arise, reporting metrics weekly to the management team.
• Improve customer service and satisfaction through quality and on time delivery.
• Lead coordination and integration of efforts among production control, purchasing, engineering, technology, and customer service to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
• Set direction and produce plans to meet Plant goals and objectives.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Department Supervisor

Manager

• Leading, coaching, and developing direct reports

• Financial responsibility for entire operation, including Analyzing financial statements
• Developing product cost on labor, material, and overhead by product model
• Achieving EBITDA margins and dollars set forth in AOP
• Staying within budgets, on labor, material, and overhead
• Controlling overhead costs, including Variable costs Fixed costs Material cost Labor cost Direct, indirect, general, and administrative personnel
• Developing annual operating plans and other financial reports
• Justifying performance variances and implementing formal corrective action plans
• Tracking throughput for on time delivery and work to meet customer’s requirements
• Interacting with corporate personnel, engineering, sales and customers
• Assuring that plant is complying with corporate processes, disciplines, and methodologies
• Championing a continuous improvement environment by conducting Kaizen and other lean events in conjunction with the Operational Excellence team
• Improving productivity through reduced cycle time and other lean processes
• Monitoring purchasing costs, on material, tools and supplies
• Controlling, monitoring, and adjusting inventory levels and staffing as required to meet current market conditions and forecasted plans
• Supporting sales department in meeting customer’s delivery requirements
• Traveling to other Wastequip locations, including group headquarters, as required

Assistant Plant Manager

Infrastructure Engineer

• Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Lead and oversee infrastructure projects to support key business initiatives from planning through execution and post-deployment support.
• Configure and maintain enterprise-grade servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and networking components.
• Manage and evaluate cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) including provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Implement and evaluate infrastructure-level security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, etc.).
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for IT support teams.
