About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reports directly to Plant Manager and collaborates with production team
- Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manages shipping logistics and oversees the timing of shipments
- Conducts regular inventory audits and reconciles discrepancies
- Responsible for quality control and meets WQ quality standards

- Leads a team of shipping and painting staff, providing training and guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using D365 or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with teams and management
- Experience with scheduling and inventory management techniques
- Capability to develop and train team members on procedures
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs as required in a manufacturing role
