Key responsibilities & impact

Reports directly to Plant Manager and collaborates with production team
Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with OSHA regulations
Manages shipping logistics and oversees the timing of shipments
Conducts regular inventory audits and reconciles discrepancies
Responsible for quality control and meets WQ quality standards
Identifies areas for process improvement
Leads a team of shipping and painting staff, providing training and guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Proficient in using D365 or similar ERP systems
Excellent communication skills to interact with teams and management
Experience with scheduling and inventory management techniques
Capability to develop and train team members on procedures
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs as required in a manufacturing role
