About the role

  • Lead global creator strategy across regions, ensuring cultural nuance while maintaining a cohesive brand framework across markets
  • Develop scalable global playbooks and toolkits that empower regional teams to execute creator programs with clarity and consistency
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, NA) to align strategy, measurement frameworks, and campaign execution
  • Build creator ecosystems for technology brands, translating complex product narratives into culturally relevant creator storytelling
  • Identify cross-market creator trends, platform behaviors, and innovation opportunities, particularly within fast-evolving tech and mobile ecosystems
  • Participate in global client meetings across time zones, with flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed

Requirements

  • Experience working with technology, consumer electronics, or platform brands
  • Proven experience developing strategic playbooks, frameworks, or toolkits for global teams
  • Strong understanding of global social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams and navigating regional market nuances
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings to accommodate global client time zones
  • Korean language fluency or proficiency is a strong plus.
