About the role
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for custom applications, internal tools, and AI-enabled solutions
- Partner with engineering and integration teams to translate requirements into build-ready specifications
- Help define workflows, user journeys, edge cases, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and exception handling for new solutions
- Support initiatives involving automation or AI-adjacent capabilities
- Support Salesforce enhancements and configuration in partnership with admins and delivery teams
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases aligned to productivity, automation, and efficiency outcomes
- Promote adoption by ensuring solutions are understandable, practical, and well-documented
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience supporting custom applications, internal tools, or platform-based solutions
- Experience working with development or integration teams in build-oriented environments
- Working knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and configuration concepts
- Ability to understand system interactions and data flows at a conceptual level
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
