Requirements
- 3–4 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in an integrated advertising or creative agency environment
- Full-cycle recruiting processes independently
- Experience hiring across various roles
- Comfort working with senior creatives and business leaders
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
