About the role
- Provides analysis and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to meet department needs.
- Completes monthly reports for the Business Office, physicians, and managers.
- Assists department in meeting information needs through standard reports and queries.
- Provides data participation in the annual budget process and strategic planning processes.
- Analyzes volume trends and prepares forecasts for department leadership and affiliated hospitals.
- Develops and provides timely ad hoc reports for leadership and managers.
- Works closely to meet reporting needs and develop reports based on the department's needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- No specific certification required.
- No specific work experience required.
- Knowledge and experience in MEIS, GE preferred.
- Skills: Analytical Thinking, Epic Systems, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Financial Systems, Human Resources (HR) Software Systems, IBI WebFocus, IBM Cognos Reporting, Interpersonal Communication, Oral Communications, Risk Management Information Systems, Spreadsheet Software, Written Communication.
