About the role
- Handle all workflow stages of customer leads from 1st response to lead qualification, vehicle availability approval, quotation, payment request and final confirmations.
- Collaborate with the content team and operations / delivery team to ensure a smooth process.
- Schedule all aspects of tours from car pick up to cleaning, and return.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support or similar function.
- Experience using CRM software or communication tools to collaborate.
- WIX experience is preferred, although any similar CRM or content management system experience is okay.
- Strong at using tools such as Google spreadsheets and Google documents.
- Excellent communication skills and positive mindset.
