Trainer

• Partner with training manager and sales team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives
• Work with Sales Reps to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through
• Provides training to existing and new accounts, to ensure clients’ correct and in-depth understanding of both brand and products
• Support patient/consumer events
• Ensure consistencies in brand messaging
• Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar)
• On-board new hires within the internal team
• Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training
• Attend key medical conferences/trade shows as needed
• Other duties as assigned by training manager
