About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with training manager and sales team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives
Work with Sales Reps to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through
Provides training to existing and new accounts, to ensure clients’ correct and in-depth understanding of both brand and products
Support patient/consumer events
Ensure consistencies in brand messaging
Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar)
On-board new hires within the internal team
Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training
Attend key medical conferences/trade shows as needed
Other duties as assigned by training manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ yrs of experience in sales, training, or academic fields in the medical industry
Fluent in Japanese
Ability to read and write emails and documents in English for daily work
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Comfortable presenting to large groups
Professional, polished appearance
Self-directed, self-motivated
Medical qualifications are a plus
Medical aesthetic or dermatology experience
Training experience
Experience in sales
Has worked in non-Japanese company
Has worked in start-up environment
Has a driving license, comfortable in driving a car when necessary
