About the role

  • Manage key operating rhythms for the DP&S team, including MBR/QBRs and leadership meetings.
  • Assist in the annual planning process and in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Launch and successfully complete special projects within assigned timelines, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields; or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Demonstrated experience developing business strategies and supporting cross-functional initiatives, preferably in media or digital industries.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Understanding of digital products, subscriptions, and advertising business models.
  • Background in media, tech, or consumer products industries preferred.
