- Assist with the overall operations and administration of the Table Games Department
- Manage daily pit activities and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient casino operations
- Protect the integrity of all table games and maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Foster a safe, engaging, and productive work environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of all table games, gaming strategies, and departmental policies
- Monitor pit activity and take corrective action as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Casino table games experience
- Equivalent combination of customer service and communication experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
