Civil Engineer

• Perform comprehensive computer-aided and manual structural design calculations in accordance with applicable building and material codes, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout all phases of the project.
• Prepare and oversee the development of structural models, calculation packages, construction documents, and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to plan project layouts and integrate structural elements into cohesive designs.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings, coordinating with other disciplines.
• Conduct field work, including site verifications, assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Perform construction administration duties, including periodic site visits to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Support the development and maintenance of engineering standards.
• Participate in the team’s quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Mentor team members in the use of structural calculation software and assist with task organization.
• Lead and coordinate structural engineering projects as Engineer of Record (EOR), when assigned.
• Conduct peer reviews, and prepare reports on findings.
