About the role

  • Successfully lead Walz Tetrick’s programmatic strategy and execution, including display, pre-roll video, OTT and DOOH.
  • Build, optimize, and report on programmatic media across key agency accounts.
  • Work closely with Director of Digital Media to develop KPIs and recommend programmatic media allocations across clients’ digital media mix.
  • Manage digital team programmatic deliverables and execution.
  • Help oversee digital team programmatic management, training and development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for programmatic efforts across internal departments and external partnerships.
  • Work with digital team to create reporting templates and dashboards.
  • Work with analytics team to ensure KPIs are measured accurately.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning and buying across industry-leading DSPs
  • Experience building custom first- and third-party audiences for activation across omnichannel campaigns
  • Experience working across multiple clients with multiple campaigns
  • Positive attitude working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Terrific attention to detail
  • Strong analytics skills to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • A self-starter with curiosity and eagerness to continue learning
  • Strategic thinker demonstrating proactive client service skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Works well in a cross-functional, collaborative, team environment
