About the role
- Successfully lead Walz Tetrick’s programmatic strategy and execution, including display, pre-roll video, OTT and DOOH.
- Build, optimize, and report on programmatic media across key agency accounts.
- Work closely with Director of Digital Media to develop KPIs and recommend programmatic media allocations across clients’ digital media mix.
- Manage digital team programmatic deliverables and execution.
- Help oversee digital team programmatic management, training and development.
- Act as the main point of contact for programmatic efforts across internal departments and external partnerships.
- Work with digital team to create reporting templates and dashboards.
- Work with analytics team to ensure KPIs are measured accurately.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning and buying across industry-leading DSPs
- Experience building custom first- and third-party audiences for activation across omnichannel campaigns
- Experience working across multiple clients with multiple campaigns
- Positive attitude working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Terrific attention to detail
- Strong analytics skills to monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI
- A self-starter with curiosity and eagerness to continue learning
- Strategic thinker demonstrating proactive client service skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Works well in a cross-functional, collaborative, team environment
