About the role

  • Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and Business teams by defining scope, roadmaps, and milestones.
  • Define frameworks and execute program roadmaps and schedules for multiple workstreams.
  • Identify risks and manage critical path workflows and cross-functional dependencies; collect and analyze program metrics to manage initiatives and drive accountability; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Own and drive stakeholder engagement for quarterly business planning process, KPI definition, executive updates, and agile practices.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to influence without authority and maintain operational rigor, compliance, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and complex projects and programs.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with clear structure, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority and build trust across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple workstreams with clarity and focus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI to assess performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to operational rigor, compliance, and ethical standards.
