About the role
- Manage technical programs from concept to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations.
- Develop and manage program plans and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Lead and manage technical program teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and develop contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive technical innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical programs from concept to delivery.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent program management skills, with experience in project planning and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
