Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies.
  • Strong experience in organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
