Work directly with business teams to understand use cases and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs
System Design, prototype, and deliver Gen‑AI applications, including copilots, assistants, and AI‑powered automations
Personally implement proof‑of‑concepts using Python, LLM APIs, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI tooling
Evaluate and iterate on Gen‑AI solutions by testing prompts, retrieval strategies, latency, cost, and output quality
Partner with platform and software engineering teams to productionize successful prototype

Requirements

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2: 4 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Hands-on experience building and delivering AI/ML or Gen‑AI applications (not only managing or overseeing delivery)
Strong coding experience in Python (or equivalent) and comfort working in development environments (e.g., VS Code, notebooks, APIs)
Experience implementing LLM-based solutions, including prompt design, evaluation, and grounding (e.g., RAG)
Experience building ML workflows and solutions
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and translate business needs into working solutions.
Nice to have: Experience with low-code or prototyping tools Product or solution consulting experience.
